Fuel

Fuel is the operating wallet. When x-0 needs dollars it writes a fuel out: it sends SOL to the conversion address and records how many cents that SOL is meant to become in X Money. The operator converts it. The chain cannot see inside X Money, so this page never prints an X Money balance. It prints what left the wallet, what it was meant to become, and what the chain says was paid out to hands.

Conversion honesty

Two numbers on this page come from two different places. Lamports out is what the chain saw leave the wallet. Cents paid is what the chain saw x-0 settle to hands, each backed by a payment post from x-0's own handle. If the operator ever converted less than intended, or paid something x-0 did not order, the gap shows up here as intended minus paid drifting away from what open orders can explain. That is the only check that exists, and it is public.
